Tracey Irene, AuD, CCC-A
Dr. Tracey Irene grew up in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, She developed an interest in audiology because of her grandparents, who were raised in the Deaf community. She received her undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She went on to complete her Master’s degree from Vanderbilt University, in Audiology. She completed her externship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Irene returned to Wisconsin in 1998 and joined the staff at Professional Hearing Services. She went on to receive her doctoral degree in audiology from A.T.Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2007.
Dr. Irene has been with Moreland Ear, Nose and Throat/Professional Hearing Services since 1999. She is the Senior Staff Audiologist. She has a special interest in children and has participated as a consultant for the Birth to Three Program and Sound Beginnings Program. Dr. Irene volunteered on the BEST committee for the American Academy of Audiology and has published a number of articles on marketing as a result. She loves working with people and truly enjoys the field of Audiology. Her philosophy is patient centered care focusing on the unique goals of each patient to improve their quality of life. Out of the office, Dr. Irene balances her time cartwheeling from gym to gym with her two competitive gymnasts. She also enjoys spending time with her family and children, water sports, yoga, and skiing.
