Zachary Fridirici, MD
Dr. Fridirici is board-certified in otolaryngology and fellowship-trained in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison, Dr. Fridirici attended medical school at Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He then completed a five-year residency in head and neck surgery at Loyola University Medical Center, followed by a prestigious fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of San Francisco California.
During his training, Dr. Fridirici was nominated to the national medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha, featured in Crain’s Chicago 2015 20 in their 20’s, published over 10 medical articles in prestigious journals, written numerous book chapters, and given many presentations/posters at national meetings.
His practice encompasses head and neck tumors, thyroid surgery, sinus surgery, nasal airway surgery, rhinoplasty, rejuvenation of the aging face, treatment of facial paralysis, and reconstruction of major and minor facial defects.
Dr. Fridirici is delighted to return to his hometown with his wife and son. Outside of medicine he enjoys spending time with his family, boating and swimming at the lake, running, trying new restaurants, and traveling to new destinations.
